Having weathered personal setbacks and 75+ hour workweeks, I had deviated from an early teaching from my father - we must embrace the interconnected nature of the varied dimensions of our being to have overall success. I now carry a deeper appreciation for life and value daily rituals that elevate one's true wellbeing.
